  1. How do I book an appointment? To book an appointment, simply fill out the appointment request form on the artist page you wish to work with

  2. Can I bring in my design or do you only work with your own artwork? Absolutely, we encourage clients to bring in their design ideas. Our artists are happy to work with your concepts and bring them to life. If you have reference images or sketches, please bring them along during your consultation.

  3. What should I expect during the tattooing process? Before starting the tattoo, your artist will discuss the design, placement, and any other details. They will prepare the area, create a stencil of the design, and proceed with the tattooing process. Throughout the session, your artist will ensure your comfort and provide guidance on aftercare instructions.

  4. Is the tattooing process safe and hygienic? Yes, we prioritize safety and hygiene. We adhere to strict health and safety standards. We use single-use, disposable needles and sterilized equipment for each client. Our shop is regularly cleaned daily and maintained to ensure a safe environment for our clients and artists.

  5. How do I prepare for my tattoo session? Ensure you're well-rested and have eaten before your appointment. Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications before your session. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area getting tattooed. Additionally, don't forget to bring along a valid ID.

  6. What is your policy on tattoo touch-ups? We offer complimentary touch-ups for tattoos within the first three months, subject to certain conditions. Your artist will discuss the details during your initial consultation.

  7. Do you accommodate walk-in clients? While we primarily work by appointment, we do welcome walk-in clients if our schedule permits. However, to guarantee a spot, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.

  8. What is your shop's cancellation policy? We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
